| I'm curious about the transaxle. I just finished reading the SAE paper "Development of New Hybrid Transmission for Compact-Class Vehicles" Yota Mizuno, Ryuji Ibaraki, Koichi Kondo, Kenji Odaka, Hideto Watanabe, Tatsuhiko Mizutani, Keiiti Kaneshige and Diasuke Kitada, SAE 2009-01-0726. This paper is about the new ZVH30 (2010) Prius transmission, P410, but they referenced not only the current NHW20 transmission, P112, but also the P310,"... a hybrid transmission (P310) having a new motor speed reduction device was developed for use in SUVs." Would you know if the RX400h is using the P310 transaxle? Would you have any technical references to the RX400h transaxle? In particular, I'm interested in the MG1 to ICE shaft gear ratio and relative power. Oil flow is also something I'm interested in and if the transaxle oil pump is engine or wheel-side driven.
