100,000 Miles On Camry Hybrid Well, I just passed the 100,000 miles or 162,000km on my 2007Camry Hybrid and what happened? Nothing. It just kept on running flawlessly. So far I have never done a mechanical repair. I had a rattle in the dash corrected and the brake rotors turned just before warranty ran out. It hasn't been to the dealer for anything else than scheduled maintenance. The brakes look like they are still at an astounding 80%. I am on my second set of tires. The car is still very quiet. Gas mileage is pretty well constant. Lifetime average is 37.7 US MPG. There really is nothing to report. I'll just keep going and work on the next 100k.

Did you have any fluids replaced, like the coolant and the inverter? I'm at 55k miles and everything still looks like new.

Yes I had all the fluid changes done as required. They didn't look like they needed it at the time. The cost is pretty low so I didn't want to take chances. I do all my own oil changes but not the fluid changes..

Congrats on the 100,000 mile mark. Mine is just past 50,000 but other than the pop in the sunroof that was fixed under warranty, the car has never been to the dealer. I plan on changing the tranny fluid (power split device) this month as I have a hard time believing in "lifetime" fluids. I will also flush the brake lines at the same time but the rest of the fluids look to be OK and I will probably leave them until the 100,000 mark.

I haven't replaced the brake fluid yet. I still looks clear so I am not sure I need to. It usually discolors when it is aging. The other fluids, Hybrid Transaxle Fluid was on the schedule at 96,000 km. I did that one on schedule. Inverter Coolant and Super Long Life Coolant were on the schedule at 128,000km, I did them closer to 150,000km. What's interesting is that schedule on the 2 coolants speeds up quite a bit after the first change. They put them on again every 64,000km. Twice as often. I'll have to learn to do them myself.
