Whether it sounded like a turbo, F1 or a pickup truck, the pedestrian killed by a noise making Prius will be just as dead. Adding sound at best makes a Prius just as deadly as ordinary cars. But that won't stop lawyers from litigating it in civil suits. Sad, we haven't heard the last of this junk math based law.
