OK, What have you done today to get to this point? In other words, what have you replaced/fixed so far?

the car doesn't have a cover for the Fuse box under the Dash, i took the plate off the other two i have and started see if i had something missing, my ass1 fuse was missing, replace it and the dash came up but no ready signal and the screen is saying energy monitor - Problem, i triple checked again for any fuses that might be bad. there are a few hidden. Everything is working except the Hybrid now. i over looked one simple thing like this, what would be the best thing to do next. all my lights are on the dash now, also the Triangle from the hybrid battery ? it will go into Neutral but not drive or reverse

Have you checked the DC to DC inverter as Bob mentioned? That would be the first thing I would check. After that, back stab the connectors for the ECU to make sure you are getting power where you should be. That will require a shop manual to figure out the wiring harness (or something like a Snap-on or All Data web site). If both of those check out, the ECU is the next item that would be suspect.

Hey Guys, we are up and running, this has been the most interesting roller coaster Ive been on in a while, LOL - We spent two hours today pulling Moguls and relays, and all the sudden it just cranked up, and started running, it also had the triangle when it first came up and after it ran a while, i turned it off and it reset itself. it is as smooth as silk, it is amazing, I really appreciate you input on this, you have given me so many thing to check and try, Thank You

The following i hope it will be helpful to you,

It could have been the the HV Connectors, we just basically took every connector loose and Relay out and reset them to make sure that wasn't the problem, Mainly because there were not codes, that basically it ? the listings i sent are for Toyota Factory Repair manuels, i don't know it it would be useful to you. I have a 05 Prius, when i go to push the start button it starts to light up but then it quits. my lights work, my inverter pump works, i do have some fuses that aren't coming on because the ignition is not up yet, my inside lights work. my windows don't work, My radio doesn't work, give me some ideas please, this car was bought at auction it was suppose to run but doesn't i think someone may have tried to jump it off and may have blown something in the process, i also put a reader on it and it want come up enough to run it through diagnosis ?
Battery might be the biggest issue, as far as I've heard Prius had some issues with battery during 02-06 models.
