Leaf user testing . . . happy ending!

. . .
Please keep in mind that this incident was all my fault. Had I planned the day out better, with the Leaf leaving from my house--which is closer to Pomona--instead of Winfield's house, none of this would have happened. But then neither would I have had a chance to hang out with all the nice electricians nor met the friendly tow-truck driver from Sander's. There is something to be said for car troubles, even self-inflicted ones. You meet nice people and are reminded that given the opportunity, most people will help you out if they can.
I'm not the least bit turned off by this article and what happened during Leaf testing. In fact, my only regret is he didn't run it to the 'bitter end' to find out what happens when it finally reaches the end of charge . . . even if it wasn't his vehicle. Still, a nice article with a lot of good tips.

ps. In the survey, which electric car would you want to drive . . . Tesla ... wouldn't everyone?
